As he says, one of this meditation's main purposes is the stimulation of the pineal gland, in order to have a mystical experience. First, he will ask you to feel the space all around you, relax and become "no one, no body, no thing, in no time". He will ask you to focus your attention on your pineal gland, after which you'll watch the kaleidoscope playing for a few minutes and then he will guide you to observe graceful pictures inserted into the kaleidoscope, which, with his questions and guidance, will encourage you to feel feelings of joy, power, worthiness, love (and feel loved), nobility, gratefulness, grace. He will change the focus back on the pineal gland and then back again at the kaleidoscope a couple of times. Dr. Joe Dispenza will guide you through this the whole time. The meditation ends by lying down.
Although this meditation, like any other, cannot guarantee a mystical experience (since that depends on many subjective factors), I can tell you from experience that it does enhance you to feel those feelings I wrote about a few lines back, it does enhance you to feel that about yourself and others and it's a great relaxation and transformational tool. And those patterns in the Kaleidoscope are just so beautiful.
